Abstract: The continuous sea level rising and more frequent extremely weather have a wide range of impacts on the socio-economic system, while the scope and degree of these impacts are spatially different. The project focused on the integrated development region of the Yangtze River Delta, developing a regional-scale shoreline restoration planning approach under changing climate. Based on the regional flooding risk map and the suitability analysis of restoration measures, the coastal area restoration spatial plan has been developed.
