Abstract: New Yogyakarta International Airport in Kulonprogo will encourage the development of the surrounding area and increase the water demands. Lendah system pipe network was chosen to support water supply in the area. Evaluation on the customer level is required to examine the service’s aspects which need to be improved. The evaluation will be used to set up the development plan. The research aimed at evaluating the technical performance; evaluating the service quality on the customer level; and developing the pipe network. The hydraulic analysis of pipe network was appropriate to examine the technical performance. The hydraulic analysis was carried out with the help of Waternet to investigate the existing and future conditions. GAP analysis will generate several service indicators on system that become the priorities to be improved based on customer perception. Evaluation results are projected to give directions on the development and expansion of the network. All nodes are well-served during 24 hours, but residual pressure in several nodes are still high. Additional valve is needed on certain spots to break the residual pressure. The pump and tank capacities will not be able to fulfill the water need in 2026 and 2036. GAP analysis indicates that the aspects of water odor and price have become the main indicators which require immediate improvements from the management. To fulfill the water need in the future, the adjustment of pump and tank capacities is highly recommended, the use of proper size of pipe’s diameter and valve’s adjustment is also required.
