Abstract: To assess and analyze the drainage system in Kampung Alor, Dili, Timor-Leste, the PC Storm Water Management Model (PCSWMM) were utilized. The ground-level data, historical rainfall and tidal data, and the drainage master plan design of Dili were used. The water surface depths in the conduits in the drainage system were analyzed with PCSWMM. The number of the conduits is six. Almost conduits were full of water, and it induced the flooding on Kampung Alor. Moreover, the flood risk map was created by utilizing the numerical results. This analysis showed that the current drainage system needed to be upgraded to manage the surface runoff from the strong rainfall intensity. Additionally, the water elevation profile provided by this study should be taken into consideration to minimize overflow that leads to floods.
