Abstract: Braided rivers are fascinating systems, which have been extensively studied for their morphodynamics, yet their network structure remains under-explored. We apply a graph-based approach to examine how varying flow conditions can impact braided networks' topological structure and hydraulic properties distribution. We then assess how the structural features of the river influence dispersion capacity during substance transport.
