This free-to-attend meeting provides a unique opportunity for research students, academics, researchers, environmental regulators, engineering consultants and water utilities to hear the latest international research on mixing processes, in an excellent networking opportunity.
This workshops welcomes contributions on new measurement, theoretical, numerical and signal processing velocimetry methods related to river and open channel flows. Case studies and critical applications of modern velocimetry methods are very welcome.
Co-organised by the University of Sheffield, the Unversity of Lancaster and the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, and is supported by the UK chapter of the International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR).
This three-day theoretical and technical workshop will address non-contact surface velocity methods for determination of river and floodplain flows. Co-organised by the University of Hull, University of Sheffield and the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, and is supported by the UK chapter of the International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR), the UK Fluids Network and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) HydroHub.
