The IAHR Europe Division invites IAHR Members to submit their proposals to host the 9th IAHR Europe Congress to be held in 2026. 

The IAHR Europe Congresses take place every two years and bring together the hydro-environment community. They provide a forum where researchers, engineers, practitioners, institutions, companies, and young professionals can meet, present their work, and discuss and exchange their experiences and views.

Previous editions have taken place in Edinburgh (2010), Munich (2012), Porto (2014), Liège (2016), Trento (2018), Warsaw (2020) and Athens (2022). 

The 8th edition will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from 4 to 7 June 2024, and will focus on “Water - Across Boundaries".

• The deadline for submitting the full proposal is 29 February 2024.
