Introduction

To promote knowledge sharing on high-quality development and natural based solution for river basin, Department of Hydraulic Engineering, Tsinghua University and IAHR Technical Committee on Ecohydraulic collaboratively organize the 2024 Young Scholar Forum on High-Quality River Basin Development and IAHR Ecohydraulics Forum in Lijiang, a city in southwest China's Yunnan Province, during January 28-29, 2024.

The forum comprises four components: journal editor workshop (JW), innovative achievement exhibition (IE), opening and keynote session (KS), and young scholar seminar (YS).
