The IAHR Europe Division invites IAHR Members to submit their proposals to host the 10th IAHR Europe Congress to be held in 2028. 

The IAHR Europe Congresses take place every two years and bring together the hydro-environment community. They provide a forum where researchers, engineers, practitioners, institutions, companies, and young professionals can meet, present their work, and discuss and exchange their experiences and views.

Previous editions have taken place in Edinburgh (2010), Munich (2012), Porto (2014), Liège (2016), Trento (2018), Warsaw (2020), Athens (2022) and Lisbon (2024) 

The 9th edition will be held in Luleå, Sweden, from 9 to 12 June 2026, and will focus on “Artic Waters and Beyond".

• Please submit any initial expression of interest to host the 10th IAHR Europe Division Congress by email to Elsa Incio at elsa.incio@iahr.org

• The deadline for submitting the full proposal is 30 April 2026.

• The proposal must be submitted using the attached form
