The IAHR task force Strengthening diversity and gender equity, together with Dr Isabella Schalko, will host a new online coffee chat on the occasion of the International Women in Engineering Day (23 June).

Before this coffee chat we ask that participants watch the movie “Picture a Scientist” that covers difficult topics related to gender discrimination and race in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) as well as perspectives on actions to address those issues. 

The movie screening will be followed by a panel discussion on Wednesday 23 June 2021 from 4 to 5 p.m. CEST | 10:00-11:00 a.m. (USA Eastern Daylight Time) | 03:00-04:00 p.m. (UTC) | 11:00 p.m.-00:00 a.m. (China Standard Time)
