Currently, he is in charge of different projects related to digital water and water distribution and quality monitoring and asset management. Civil Engineer from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, MSc in Hydroinformatics from UN-IHE Delft, and PhD in Optimization of large water systems from TU Delft. He has more than twenty years of experience, and he is author of several articles and proceedings in subjects ranging from hydraulics to hydrology. Prior scientific researcher at KWR Water Research Institute. Prior Lecturer at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Current member of Water Europe expert group Current member of SWAN Utility Advisory Group Current member of Vereniging voor Statistiek en Operations Research (VVSOR)
