Working Group on Water System Operations

Aims, scope and research agenda

The mission of this working group is to promote research excellence, serve the community and provide leadership and guidance for the advancement of knowledge in the field of operations of large surface water reservoirs around the world. From the perspective of long-term sustainable development, the working group plans to hold academic committee meetings on a rotating basis every two years, and regularly hold small-scale seminars to bring together scholars, researchers and engineering practitioners from all over the world so as to promote the relevant results of water system operations research.
