About
I was born in 1989 in Debre Markos, Ethiopia. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Water Supply and Environmental Engineering (Formerly water and Environmental Engineering) from Arba Minch University, Ethiopia (2011). And I had obtained my Master of Technology in Civil Engineering (Water Resources Engineering & Management specialization) from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India (2017). I have worked at Wolayita Sodo University (October 2011 to November 2012) as a graduate Assistant-II and at Debre Markos University, as an assistant lecturer (November 2012-June 2015) and also as a lecturer (since September 2017). My research interests mainly focus on areas of hydrologic analysis and modeling, stochastic modeling, Water Quality analysis, hydraulics, application of GIS, and Remote sensing in water resources. I have designed road drainage structures for 10 rural road projects (a total of 394 km) under the project outsourced to Debre Markos University by the former Amhara Rural Roads Authority. I am also served as Debre Markos University Wastewater Treatment director and wastewater expert (October 2018- up to date
