Abstract: Based on harmonious development of Economy and Eco-environment, a coastal management model for Bohai Bay has been studied and set up. The frame and several sub-models of the model have been presented in this paper. Analyzed and evaluated the trend of development of economy and environment of coastal zone for Bohai Bay in three scenes.
