Abstract: This paper develops a distributed hydrologic model for the Seki River basin to restore the flood peak data which could not be measured because of flood damage on the water gauge. The model is carefully verified with the data of the past flood events which covers the long enough period to develop the model for the real-time analysis. The predicted flood peak of the missing data is used to obtain the discharge for the probability of occurrence to show the implication of developing this kind of model on planning the design flood flow.
