Analysis of Forecasting Model for the Runoffs of Kau-Pyng Xi

Abstract: This paper applies three forecasting models to predict the runoff resulting from rainfalls on the Gau-Pyng Creek watershed. The three techniques employed in establishing the models include: time series, Grey system theory, and fuzzy logic. Through the research it is anticipated a more appropriate hydrologic data series forecasting model for the Gau-Pyng Creek watershed can be identified.
