Abstract: The mission of the 24th IAHR-APD Congress is to serve the water governance of the Asia-Pacific region, spread concepts of water management from various nations, promote sci-tech exchanges and cooperation in water-related fields in the Asia-Pacific region, and create an international academic event integrating the display of water management experiences, the sharing of scientific research achievements and the discussion of cutting-edge science and technology.
