Join us in the 10th International Symposium on Hydraulic Structures, set to take place in Zurich, Switzerland, from 17 to 19 June 2024. The symposium will bring together international leading experts to present and discuss new research, technical innovations and case studies.

Supported by the IAHR Technical Committee on Hydraulic Structures and hosted by the Laboratory of Hydraulics, Hydrology and Glaciology at the ETH Zurich, the 10th ISHS aims to build upon the success of its predecessors. Our symposium brings together international leading experts to present and discuss new research, technical innovations and case studies relating to the Symposium’s several themes and special session.

The symposium offers an exclusive opportunity to explore the renowned VAW laboratory and a one-day technical tour to Spitallamm dam near Grimsel Pass in the heart of the Swiss Alps and to a major flood protection construction site in the vicinity of Zurich. Kindly note that participation in the technical tour is limited to 100 attendees.
