Greetings from the IAHR-Asia Pacific Division 2026 Organizing Committee.

We are pleased to inform you that the registration system for the 25th IAHR-Asia Pacific Division Congress 2026 is now officially open.
All participants are kindly requested to complete their registration within the designated period.

In particular, please note that the Early Bird and Author Registration deadline is May 30, 2026.
To ensure your participation and benefit from reduced registration fees, we strongly encourage you to complete your registration at your earliest convenience.

General Information

• Event dates: 19 - 22 July, 2026

• Venue: Songdo ConvensiA, Incheon, Korea

• Program highlights: 10+ Special Sessions, 680+ presentations, keynotes by Pengzhi Lin, So Kazama, Il Won Seo, Adrian Law, and Ellis Penning, a High-Level Panel on Pumped Storage Hydropower, Master Classes, and a field trip to Sihwa Lake Tidal Power Station (the world's largest tidal power plant).

• As a special cultural highlight, the Gala Dinner on July 21 will feature a live performance by Ali, one of Korea's most celebrated K-pop vocalists. We are delighted to offer our guests this unique opportunity to experience Korean music at its best, alongside the Congress's academic program.

• Early Bird & Author Registration: Until May 30, 2026

• Regular Registration: June 1 – June 30, 2026

• On-site Registration: July 19 - July 22, 2026
